This trend, as well as the desire for comfort and convenience contributes to fujitsu the over consumption of fat by Americans. At restaurants, for example, patrons are not able to control how much fat is in the meals that are prepared by the chefs and fujitsu portion sizes are larger. In supermarkets, many customers are tempted to purchase prepared meals that only require heating and tend to ignore the fat content of the foods (1). This can result in weight gain and obesity.
