Let's say that you found that you (180 pounds as above) could have neutral buoyancy with the 'U' hanford precision Baton. On the Analysis Chart, you would just look at the column "180 lbs" and go down to the row "U" and hanford find 23.4% (By the way, that represents 42.1 pounds of body fat!) You might note that if you can avoid floating with the next lighter Baton, hanford your bodyfat would be 22.8% instead, so you are determining it to within about 1/2%!
