For my case, two is OK becasue my wife and I use it. The setting is very easy and once the scale is set, you just press botton assigned to you then the scale is reset and ready to measure. The weight measure is very accurate compared to the big scale cpt in my gym. Considering that, I assume that the body fat measurement would be also accurate. My sons opened it and read the instructions and set it up. It is accurate AND consistant and very easy to use, either as a programmed regular or for a guest one time weigh.
