| that is why some can eat alot of junk (I know quite a few) and not gain a pound while others can gain easily on the omega 3 and omega 6 fatty acids junk food diet, it is not the caloires it is the interpretation of the body of that particular diet. undereating for any reason causes the body to use muscle not fat to make up the deficit, and the heart and kidneys and such have protein the body can use for fuel. thus this can only omega 3 and omega 6 fatty acids cause damage to these organs if teh famine omega 3 and omega 6 fatty acids situation or junky diet goes on too long. this interview was enlightening to me, never heard the expression moral panic before.
