Maybe there is something else going on here.” People who are in that frame of mind, people who have heard these chicken-little predictions enough times now, you know people who have heard the boy cry wolf essentially are ready to hear the message that maybe what’s really going on hear is a form of cultural hysteria and what sociologists call moral panic rather than some kind of real public health epidemic as the obesity racket claims.
