They didn't have those people on a seriously healthy diet of mostly whole foods like veggies, fruits, legumes and whole grains. I definitely think that people can improve their health, regardless of whether or not they lose weight, by eating a really, truly healthy diet. Not a "lite" version of the standard American diet. And since every person is different, a "healthy" diet would certainly be different young plump for every person.
