For one thing, you can find some information on fat ignite the extensive, long-term studies which have been conducted & are being conducted by Dr. Steven Blair & his colleagues at the Cooper Institute in "Big Fat Lies" by Glenn Gaesser. Dr. Gaesser also cites studies of tens of thousands of autopsies performed over several decades which prove that fat people are no more likely to have atherosclerosis than thin people are. I believe that there are other place which also document fat ignite Dr. Blair's studies, as well as other examples, & perhaps someone else can provide more links for you.
