The Surgeon General's threat that more people will die from being fat than from terrorism is ridiculous. Putting aside the idea of dying from fat (and that's only if I sit on ya, baby) ... terrorism kills hardly any Americans. More Americans die of almost anything than die of terrorism. So it's trivial to say that more people die from X than from terrorism. As for the woman who was incensed that some fat people aren't doing anything to "get healthier" ...
