I believe that too much advertising and people being brainwashed by it is one reason chubby loving why many Americans seem to be obsessed with weight. But obesity is chubby loving also beginning to be a problem in other countries, due to consumption of McDonalds' and other fast foods. It was that carrying a little extra weight does not automatically equal unhealthy, and that being thin does not automatically equal being healthy. It is possible to be too thin. It is possible to be thin and still be too fat, in terms of fat/muscle ratio. It is possible to be thin and still be unhealthy, in terms of lifestyle--some people can stuff their faces with junk food and not gain weight, but being thin doesn't make them healthy.
