Guilt for being the size I am NEVER does...it makes me feel like hiding. I think that this type of message is the best way to encourage exercise in people of all sizes. Gives us a 'can do' attitude, instead of believing that we're inherently 'sick' and 'unhealthy' and somehow need to fundamentally change our bodies before we can be fit and healthy.
