So many people don't know how fun it can be. I hate those boring machines in the gym, unless I'm with a friend. I'd much rather play a pickup game of basketball/soccer/kickball/volleyball/Calvinball, whatever. And walks are a relaxing way to get away from life's yuckiness and talk to a family member, a friend, or just talk to God. One of hairy plumpers the best things I remember when I first met my group of hairy plumpers college friends was when we walked the three hairy plumpers mile loop of streets around campus. All the people who say that there's no evidence of a link between disease and weight gain should take a close look plump women at this.
