Ramming 50 grams of fast food fat at 10 p.m. cannot be good for your body. Along the same lines, I also became hyper conscious of fullness and tried never to stuff myself beyond feeling like I could still be mobile. To this day, I still find the large portions at restaurants ridiculous. No one needs to eat 3 lbs of food at a single sitting. I have gained 15 lbs. back but I'm at an okay weight for my height and build. It's not complicated to lose weight but it does require some suffering, something which most of us won't put up with.
