It's entirely neutral. What you're saying really is for everyone, regardless of overall view. I thought I would give a minor comment to the importance of image. The first time the public was swayed by an image was for Abraham Lincoln's election. If you do any research of him, you'll find that he was the first president to have his photograph published for an election and as such, it is said that his photo was the only reason he was elected. People felt he looked honest. It's only gotten worse since then. People see images of America and think we look like lazy slobs.
