The entry includes a tip from Kell lovely fatties Brigan referencing articles from Paul Campos and Vincent Carroll, calling for Gerberding's resignation. Here's what Carroll had to say and what Campos said. Carroll flat out asks why Congress hasn't called for her resignation. Why aren't there calls in Congress for her to quit? Gerberding didn't merely overhype a crisis, after all. |

| Unfortunately, the "fat virus" is probably one of those pieces of information where fatty acid analysis it won't really matter whether it's true fatty acid analysis or not: people will want to believe it and use it as a justification for things. And the pharma companies will be happy to take their money based on that belief. (This concept, that obesity is related to a virus, seems to come out every couple years and never have fatty acid analysis I seen solid evidence that it works that way in humans.)
